The opposition Peoples Democratic Party has apologised to Nigerians for some of the mistakes the party committed during its reign between 1999 and 2015.  The party’s apologies was carried out by the Chairman of the planning committee of the PDP National Conference, who is also the Chairman of Daar Communications, the owner of AIT, Raypower and Faaji FM High Chief Raymond Aleogho Dokpesi while addressing the media Tuesday in Abuja. He said: “We are aware of the errors of the past 16 years, as human beings, we must have made mistakes and we could not meet the expectations of Nigerians, for that we tender an unreserved apology,” High Chief Dokpesi said. “Make no mistake, the PDP is aware that there were errors made along the way. “We admit that at certain times in our past, mistakes have been made, we did not meet the expectations of Nigerians,” he said. Prince Rasheed Adewale Akanbi is from Molaasan Compound of Gbaase Ruling House in Isale Oba in Iwo. He was born on the 21 st  June 1967 in Iwo.   For his Elementary School, Prince Akanbi attended Omolewa Nursery and Primary School, Oritamefa, Ibadan (1972-1978), he proceeded to Iwo Grammar School, Araromi, Iwo (1978-1982) and later, Oba Akinyele Memorial High School, Idi-Ape Ibadan. Prince Akanbi obtained a B.Sc. Every journey on the road supposed to be fun in every aspect of it because ordinarily it will afford those embarked on it the first hand and closer information with the concerned location.   But when it comes to Nigeria the story is a negative one, every reminder of Nigerian road brings back the memory of death, mutilated bodies, blood, tears and sorrow.   Road trip in Nigeria is a hell if I have to be fair with this topic.   It seems as if the road is only meant to be used by some segments of the population particularly the down-trodden ones who cannot afford the affluent lifestyle.
