The above captions has said it all but I just want to let the majority of my African brothers and sisters know that when we are talking of the most favoured continent in the world and if I am not being political in nature it will be Africa.   I am saying this out of the abundance of everything the nature has endowed the continent with.   Ranging from human to natural resources.   There is no African country that is not synonymous with one resources or the other with which should have ordinarily tapped into and used for the betterment of the inhabitants of that particular country. Let me start by letting everyone knows that food is very important to the body and except you are fasting or you are placed on some certain diet or you are told to eat at certain period, that is why you won't consume food. Food as we all aware is beneficial to the body as gas to vehicle because if we don't eat or let me say, if we don't eat well, we'll find it difficult to function to our optimum.  In a nutshell food is very important to man's body even animal to say the least.
