Let me start by letting everyone knows that food is very important to the body and except you are fasting or you are placed on some certain diet or you are told to eat at certain period, that is why you won't consume food. Food as we all aware is beneficial to the body as gas to vehicle because if we don't eat or let me say, if we don't eat well, we'll find it difficult to function to our optimum.  In a nutshell food is very important to man's body even animal to say the least.
