WHO PAYS FOR OBAMA'S FOOD?

Let me start by letting everyone knows that food is very important to the body and except you are fasting or you are placed on some certain diet or you are told to eat at certain period, that is why you won't consume food.

Food as we all aware is beneficial to the body as gas to vehicle because if we don't eat or let me say, if we don't eat well, we'll find it difficult to function to our optimum.  In a nutshell food is very important to man's body even animal to say the least.

As the caption reads 'Who Pays for Obama Food' is pointing to the way our leaders takes us for granted in their everyday behaviour even in the issue of payment for what they eat.  Permit me to let you know that it has been proven beyond reasonable doubt that a Nigerian is living below a dollar in a day.  which is why our current crop of leaders should at least have mercy on the masses.  I wouldn't blame our leaders for trampling on us in every front, they themselves know that whatever they do to us 'we will never talk' even if petroleum price is jerked up to about 1,000 naira per litre, trust Nigerian, we'll be saying 'at least we are getting it'.

Let me come back to the heading, I just want every Nigerian to know that in United States of America and White House in particular, President Barack Obama pays for his food and that of his families for the duration of his presidency and this has not just started.  It started long before his tenure and it has become their tradition.  But in my dear country Nigeria, it is You and I that are paying for President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan and his families food in Aso Rock.  This happens because where anything can go, everything will go.


Imaging the first and second family of the Federal Republic of Nigeria spending 1 billion naira for feeding alone.  Haba!  Let me say this in Yoruba my language 'E Beru Olorun' which means fear God and this is a country where many go to bed without food, this is a country where nothing works again, this is a country where future has become a mirage, this is a country where people only think that the only place to succeed is to join politics because

of his lucrative nature, this is a country where the roads have become a death traps, this is a country where aeroplanes falls like rain, this is a country which her best are running away for greener pastures, this is a country where our hospitals are themselves morgue.


What will cost all our entire political class starting from the President to the least to pay for whatever they are eating?  Besides, all allowances, benefits and other allocations to their various offices is even enough to take care of their belly.  By personally paying for their food, they will save millions of naira which if they are faithful, can be used for something that can benefit the people they claimed to be serving.

Let me end this by saying this, the journey of remaking this country is in the hands of you and I, and if you and I sit on the fence, the end will not be favourable to us all.  Let us all rally round this country and save her from the vultures that are hell bent in destroying her.

Will People Stay At Home to avoid Covid19?

Late last week, President Muhammadu Buhari announced the easing of the lockdown which was put in place majorly in Lagos State, Ogun State and Federal Capital Territory, Abuja  This was done to curtail and bring to a halt the spreading of corona virus popularly called COVID-19. This lockdown were also in place in almost every state of the country except few. This lockdown is to ensure the flatten of the curve of the virus . In the run up to the easing of the lockdown, there were hues and cries from the citizens, most especially the vulnerable ones who makes their living on daily basis, that the longer the lockdown, the longer they face with economic crisis as many are now begging for help to eat in a day.  In the same vein, the Federal government also put in place some sort of palliatives to ease the lockdown in which money, foods and other items were distributed to the people. ‘Who presidential documentary epp?’

On Christmas Day, I stumbled on an interview given by the Special Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on Media and Publicity, Mr Femi Adesina. Although it was a fairly lengthy interaction with the presenters of Sunrise Daily on Channels Television that morning, two things that the presidential spokesperson said amplify the fault with the President’s communication. Confronted with a front page report quoting the National Bureau of Statistics as estimating that eight million Nigerians had become unemployed between January 2016 and September 30, 2017, Adesina suggested that Nigerians should be grateful that the administration allowed the NBS do its job.
